To register your availability for each of these, simply click/tap a match date to get to the match registration form.
Note that your screen may look slightly different if you are accessing the app through a mobile or desktop device.

Starting 30 minutes before match start time (normally 5pm), voting opens for dinner that evening and extends for 90 minutes. This is indicated by Voting Open! on the Match Details page, replacing Voting Opens at... and a voting Fork and Knife icon appears on the lower left of that page.
Clicking that icon will take you to the voting form.
Here you'll indicate your preferences for dinner after the match. Click on a drop-down menu to make your selections. While you only need to indicate a "First Choice", a "Second Choice" is used to help break ties using weighted voting (2 points for First Choice, 1 point for Second).
Entering a Veto doesn't change the voting weight, but is presented on the voting status page.
Clicking on the Dinner icon* will bring up the current status of dinner voting, first by number of First Choice votes.
Selecting Weighted Vote at the top of the page will show the combined score of First and Second Choice votes.
Vetoed Restaurants will list the restaurant and player vetoing.
